The Spanish star looked in complete control as he crossed the finish line to take the win, sealing a memorable day for Ducati.
Local hero Marco Bezzecchi (72, Aprilia) delivered a quality ride to secure second place, giving Italian fans plenty to cheer about. The Misano crowd erupted as Bezzecchi fought hard to keep his position, showing determination and speed in front of his home supporters.
Adding to the excitement, Alex Márquez (73, Ducati) claimed third, making it a fantastic podium for the Gresini Racing camp and a proud moment for the Márquez brothers.
Behind the leading trio, Franco Morbidelli (21, Ducati) and Fabio Di Giannantonio (49, Ducati) ensured strong results for Italy, finishing fourth and fifth respectively, while Fermín Aldeguer (54, Ducati) continued his impressive form in sixth.
